Every community in our network has been visited in person. We've met the staff, walked the halls, and assessed the culture before we ever recommend it to a family.
We don't send blanket referrals. Your contact information stays private until you've chosen a specific community and given us permission to make the introduction.
You work with the same person from your first consultation through move-in day. No handoffs to a call center. No disappearing after the introduction.
