Compassionate daily support in a community setting — for seniors who need help, but not a hospital.
Assisted living is the most common choice for families navigating the senior living search. These communities provide licensed, 24/7 care staff who help with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, meals, and mobility — while residents live in private rooms or apartments and enjoy a full social environment.
Most assisted living communities use a tiered care-level system. The base monthly rate covers housing and meals. Personal care — the amount of hands-on assistance a resident needs — is assessed and billed as an additional care-level charge. The more help a resident needs, the higher the care level and the higher the monthly total.
This is why the "starting at" rate you see advertised is rarely the total monthly cost. Always ask for the full fee schedule and a care-level assessment before comparing communities.
