North State Senior Solutions is a growing, family-owned senior living placement service based in Northern California. We help families find the right senior living community for their loved one — with honest advice, personal guidance, and no hidden agenda.
We are in the early stages of building our team and are interested in connecting with people who are passionate about eldercare, community service, and doing right by families.
Guide families through the community search process — from initial consultation through move-in day. Ideal background: social work, healthcare, eldercare, or a personal connection to this work. Part-time and full-time opportunities possible.
Build and maintain relationships with senior living communities across the region. Conduct facility visits, manage referral agreements, and represent North State Senior Solutions at local healthcare and eldercare events.
Support our placement workflow — scheduling consultations, maintaining our CRM, managing intake follow-ups, and coordinating with families and communities. A detail-oriented, compassionate people person.
Build relationships with hospital social workers, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, and other referral sources across Shasta and Butte counties. Ideal for someone with existing relationships in the North State healthcare community.
